Using the finest natural ingredients and made in an allergen controlled factory, this Chocolate Brownie Mix is free from artificial additives and preservatives, yet packed with full-on flavour making delicious Chocolate Brownies for all the family.  

Coconut Blossom Sugar (47%), Teff Flour (20%), Gluten Free Plain Flour (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat), Cacao Powder (10%), Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rising Agent (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate), Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum, Bicarbonate of Soda.

Makes 12 Brownies (Using a 17cm x 29cm x 3cm tin)

To make up the mix use Vegetable Oil, Milk and a Large Egg; however for vegans use Vegetable Oil and Water, the mix already contains a Vegan Egg Replacer to help it rise, and will work well to make it a 100% Vegan Brownie, although it will; be slightly less fluffy.

Teff flour is sourced from Ethiopia.  It is a creamy brown wholegrain flour milled from one of the world's smallest grains.  It is a rich source of soluble fibre and a good source of protein.

Coconut Blossom Sugar comes from the sap[ of the flour buds of the Coconut Palm and is a more natural sugar than other white sugars, making for a richer flavour
