Everfresh Natural Foods no added sugar vegan banana cake made with organic non-GMO fruits and apple juice. No added fat, dairy or egg products are used. Tasty, moist and crumbly, with a spicy kick, everything you would look for in a ginger cake. This one ticks all the boxes, well almost, as it is not gluten free sadly. Try it sliced, and lightly toasted for a just-baked taste.
Available varieties: Fig & Orange Cake, Banana Cake, Stem Ginger Cake, Carrot & Raisin Cake, Date & Pecan, and Fruit Cake.
